What documents are required at check-in?
It is necessary to present an up-to-date vaccination card, including the rabies vaccine administered between 30 days and 1 year before the stay, with identification of the laboratory, type, and batch number.
Which pets are allowed?
Small dogs are accepted, weighing up to 10 kg and up to 40 cm tall (measured from the ground to the shoulders).
How many pets are allowed per accommodation?
One dog is allowed per apartment.
Is there an additional cost?
Yes, there is a daily fee of R$120.00. This amount can be confirmed at the time of booking.
How does circulation work in the common areas?
Dogs must always be accompanied, cannot roam freely, and should not be left alone in the apartment. In common areas, the use of a leash or being held in someone's arms is mandatory.
Are there any access restrictions within the resort?
Yes. For hygiene and safety reasons, pets should not be allowed in food and beverage areas, the pool, or the gym.
Do guide dogs and emotional support dogs have different rules?
